Scenic Area PV-BESS-EV Charging Station Demonstration

The Jinyin Bay, serves as a multifunctional urban coastal park combining entertainment, leisure, aerobic exercise, scenic art, and sightseeing.
To align with the national "Dual Carbon" policy goals, an integrated PV-BESS-EV Charging Station smart microgrid system is applied. Utilizing parking spaces and vacant land (59 parking spaces), the project includes the following components:
1. A 100kWp photovoltaic carport and solar panels
2. Controllers and photovoltaic inverters
3. 8 DC charging stations (dual guns)
4. 30 AC charging stations
5. An energy storage system (60kW/100kWh)
6. A 10kV transformer substation and associated input/output lines
Anticipated Benefits:
1. Local clean energy utilization rate > 60%
2. Power load regulation capacity > 10%
3. Total investment: approximately 3 million RMB, with an estimated payback period of around 5 years
4. Demonstrates the construction of a new energy power system, enhancing social reputation
5. Equipment lifespan of the entire station > 15 years
